Robert Oprosky

As Vice President of Delivery and Execution, Bob Oprosky oversees the end-to-end deployment of ThayerMahan’s autonomous systems and sensing technologies, ensuring seamless integration, operational readiness, and sustained performance in the field. Drawing on his experience as a U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer, Bob brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to managing complex maritime surveillance programs.

He leads skilled teams of operators and analysts to deliver real-time situational awareness across global theaters, with expertise spanning mission planning, system validation, and lifecycle support. Under Bob’s leadership, the Delivery and Execution team drives continuous improvement in deployment processes, enabling rapid response and reliable performance for both defense and commercial customers.
