Andy Jarrett

As Senior Vice President of Products and Programs, Andy Jarrett leads the strategy, development, and execution of ThayerMahan’s product portfolio and program initiatives. He is responsible for managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs, aligning engineering and operations with customer requirements, and ensuring compliance with rigorous industry and defense standards.

Andy’s expertise spans systems engineering, program governance, and lifecycle management, enabling ThayerMahan to deliver innovative, reliable solutions on time and within budget. By fostering collaboration across engineering, operations, and business teams, he ensures ThayerMahan remains at the forefront of maritime technology innovation and program excellence.

A former U.S. Navy officer, Andy commanded a nuclear-powered submarine in extreme environments, managed large-scale training programs, and led the Navy’s largest fleet training school. His distinguished career includes serving as School Superintendent for the United States Submarine Force and as Dean of Students and professor at the collegiate level. Andy’s leadership ensures ThayerMahan’s products and programs meet the highest performance standards and deliver strategic advantage to customers worldwide.
