Dave is experienced in integrating the perspectives of complementary power industries and building teams to sustain the culture required to achieve great levels of safety, performance, and reliability.
Dave is a US Navy submarine service veteran with combined 35 years of experience in Navy and Civilian nuclear/conventional power plant operation, construction, and maintenance. He has expertise in hands-on leadership, and direction of operations, maintenance, customer service, and marketing and sales and understanding electrical, reactor, and mechanical theory involved in the operation of the nuclear reactors. He also has extensive experience in component optimization, fugitive emissions, vibration and acoustic monitoring for performance optimization, monitoring, and preventive/corrective maintenance.
Dave’s recent experience includes UXO operations, marine Logistics, and Bubble Curtains.
